Refund Policy

Last updated · 2026-10-28

We want every offering to be clear and voluntary. This policy explains refund boundaries for digital offerings and membership; it does not limit your statutory rights.

Digital offerings

Digital offerings take effect immediately after payment and ledger recording. As instantly delivered digital content, they are generally not refundable for change of mind. If there is a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, system error, or payment succeeded without the service taking effect, we will investigate and refund or correct it.

Membership

Paid membership checkout is not currently available; paid plans are not activated without payment. When subscriptions become available, cancellation and refunds will follow the checkout page and applicable law.

How to request

Please use the contact form within 14 days of payment and include the order number, payment email, and a description of the issue. After verification we will process the refund through the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider.

Disputes and consumer rights

You may still use PayPal dispute channels and local consumer protection remedies. This policy does not exclude or limit any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
