Nature of the service

Xinjing provides a multi-tradition directory, online devotion, intention records, reflective cultural signs, and memorial spaces. Online rites are symbolic experiences; they do not replace in-person sacraments, religious rites, medical, legal, or investment advice, and promise no outcome.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide a real, working email address. You are responsible for your password and verification codes and for activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Offerings, orders, and membership

Prices, currencies, taxes, and available payment methods for offerings and membership are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store card numbers. Paid features that are not yet available are clearly marked and are not presented as paid when no charge has occurred.

Digital offerings, once completed and recorded in the ledger, are generally non-reversible; statutory consumer rights are unaffected. See the Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content; do not attack, scan, bypass security controls, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service; do not impersonate others or claim official authorization from any venue.

Content and IP

Platform text, imagery, audio, and interface belong to their rights holders. Venue names and basic facts come from public sources; the platform does not claim official affiliation. You retain rights in your content and grant the platform a licence to store, display, and moderate it to provide the service.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the service; this does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, harm to others, or legal requirements. Changes will be posted on this page; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of registration, and dispute resolution follows that law. For questions, please use the contact form on this site.
